Welcome to JULIV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JULIV website, products, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Information You Provide

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase. Information you provide, including contact, billing, payment, and shipping information, must be accurate, current, and complete.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our jewelry accurately. Colors, scale, texture, gemstones, and pearls may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. Natural pearls, shells, and gemstones may vary in color, shape, surface, and pattern; these variations are part of their character and are not necessarily defects.

Descriptions, prices, availability, and quantities may change without notice. We may discontinue or limit products at any time.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after JULIV confirms it and payment is successfully processed. We may refuse, limit, delay, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to change or cancel an accepted order.

4. Payments, Prices, and Taxes

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. JULIV does not store complete payment card numbers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Stripe to charge the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Stripe provides payment-processing and related services but is not the seller of JULIV products. Purchases are transactions between you and JULIV. Stripe's services are also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and Privacy Policy.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or other government fees associated with your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. JULIV is not responsible for delays, returns, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Shipping carriers are independent third parties. To the extent permitted by law, JULIV is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after a shipment is accepted by the carrier. Contact customer support promptly if a delivery issue occurs so we can review available options.

6. Final Sale and Exchanges

Except where prohibited by law, all sales are final and non-refundable. An eligible exchange may be approved at JULIV's discretion if you contact us within three days after delivery and comply with our Refund Policy.

Items submitted for exchange must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Jewelry Care

Jewelry is delicate and may be affected by water, cosmetics, chemicals, impact, friction, and improper storage. Follow the care instructions provided with your piece. Normal wear, tarnishing, accidental damage, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions is not a manufacturing defect.

8. Intellectual Property

The JULIV name, branding, website design, text, photographs, graphics, videos, and other content are owned by JULIV or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may use or link to third-party services, including payment, contact-form, email, hosting, and shipping providers. JULIV does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services unlawfully; infringe the rights of others; submit false or misleading information; introduce malicious code; interfere with security or operation; collect information about others without authorization; impersonate another person; or use automated tools to scrape, copy, or exploit the Services without written permission.

11. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant JULIV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person's rights.

12. Errors and Availability

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may update information or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order is submitted. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JULIV AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY WHERE SUCH A LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JULIV and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or another person's rights.

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. JULIV's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Washington, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. Changes take effect when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
